Baako Hassan Suhiyini Adam serves as the Monitoring, Evaluation, Assessment, and Learning Lead at UrbSafe Ghana. He is a self-motivated activist, educational inclusivist, Early Childhood Education professional, and a poet, committed to driving meaningful and result-oriented impact in communities.

Baako holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Care and Education and is currently pursuing an MPhil in Early Childhood Education. He brings a unique blend of creativity and evidence-based practices to his work, advocating for inclusive approaches in monitoring and learning processes.
